walk four blocks to get to the subway as a part of your daily commute, another four blocks when you emerge from the subway to get to the office and
of course you'll repeat the routine on the way home.  That's just one example, don't forget the walk to grab a sandwich at lunchtime, a stroll in the
park, or that ten block walk to a friends apartment because it's just not long enough take the subway and let's face it, taxi cabs are just too damn
