| It has long been known that there is no centralized Multiple Listing Service in Manhattan. Recently the Real Estate Board of New York stated a residential real estate real estate portal that users can use to search through listings which are offered via REBNY members. ResidentialNYC.com allows property to be searched by entering criteria such as price and location. As this is a fairly new project, it is expected to improve over time. Nonetheless, the Rebny website will add much more ease to the search for Manhattan condo's, co-op's, and townhouses. |
